June 2024 - WV SAKI hired a full-time investigator to assist Law Enforcement agencies with investigations & prosecutions
March 19, 2025 - Creation of the West Virginia State Police Violent Crime Task Force
- Created to support the work on WVSP & outside agency WV SAKI cases, in addition to other WV Violent Crime Cases.
- Assigned 3-4 BCI Investigators to support WV SAKI Cases (March 2025)
- Assigned 7-9 WVSP Troopers locaed regionally across the state to support WV SAKI Cases (July 2025)

- July 2024 - 2nd Degree Sex Assault Arrest on 2000 Westover Police case (Monongalia County)
- August 2024 - 2nd Degree Sex Assault Arrest on 1993 WVSP Case (Monongalia County)
- December 2024 - 2nd Degree Sex Assault & Burglary conviction on 1989 case (Berkeley County)
- February 2025 - 2nd Degree Sex Assault warrant on 2011 case (Wayne County)
- April 2025 - Multiple counts of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault and 1s Degree Sexual Abuse arrest on 2016 Wheeling Police case (Ohio County)
- August 2025 - Guilty plea 3rd Degree Sexual Assault (Wayne County)
- October 2025 - Conviction 2nd Degree Sexual Assault and Abduction with Intent to Defile on 2008 Wheeling PD case (Ohio County; 13-35 years in prison)
- January 2026 - 3rd Degree Sexual Assault arrest (Lewis County)
