The mission of this program is to improve the quality, timeliness, and credibility of forensic science and medical examiner services for criminal justice purposes. The Paul Coverdell Grant Program is not an open solicitation grant. Applicants are invited to apply at the discretion of the West Virginia Division of Administrative Services, Justice and Community Services Seciton.
