Civil Legal Services grant funds are administered to Legal Aid of West Virginia. These funds will be used to support the provision of civil legal services in West Virginia to individuals whose income is at or below 125% of the federal poverty level. Legal Aid of WV agrees to provide civil legal services to low income persons as described in West Virginia Code §59-1-10.
