DAS Employee of the Quarter - January-March 2024

It is with great pride that we announce Wendy Fink from the DAS Administrative Section as the winner of the Employee of the Quarter for the period of January 1, ​2024 through March 29, 2024. Wendy began her career in state government in 2022 with Justice and Community Services where she currently works as a secretary.  Her favorite hobby is attending sporting events and being active with her son's sports.  Wendy lives in South Charleston with her husband, sons, and dog Apollo.

The Division of Administrative Services (DAS) Employee of the Quarter (EOQ) Program is designed to recognize those members of the DAS team that consistently embody the overarching goals of the agency such as contributions to the organization, those who demonstrate exceptional work performance and teamwork and who are committed to delivering a premier level of customer service. 

The agency defines "customer service"​ in two ways.   It is not ​narrowly defined as only service provided to our external customer base.  While the agency places great emphasis on providing quality service to that base, we are equally driven by an understanding and commitment regarding the value of the internal customer: our coworkers.
